The President Anwar El Sadat Memorial Scholarship

Scholarship Description
Art – submit a portfolio of artwork so our art professors can see a sample of your work. Athletics – talk to our coaches, submit a game video or a letter of recommendation from your high school coach. Communication – the CABE Department awards skill scholarships for majors and non-majors in the following three areas: Journalism – submit two to three pieces of individual writing used in school newspaper, yearbook, etc, Radio – submit an audio tape, Television Broadcasting – submit a video. Aid is available for on-air and technical positions. Drama – audition on campus with a memorized one-to-three minute cutting from a play. Forensics – audition on campus with any speech you are competing with or have competed with in high school. Music – audition one to two pieces of music with contrasting styles, either on campus or at a Hastings College-sponsored honor band or choir tryout. Dance/Cheerleading – Tryout to be selected as a member of the dance or cheerleading team.
