The Tatung Institute of Technology Scholarship

Scholarship Description
A volunteer committee of three former faculty members, two present faculty members, and an alumnus has initiated a scholarship in memory of Dr. Lokken, President of Valley City State University for nearly a quarter of a century. This scholarship was established in order that this fine man, administrator, historian, and greatest of these, educator, may receive permanent recognition in the University which he so faithfully served. Two $200 scholarships will be provided for senior division students majoring in History or Social Science based on financial need and academic promise.
