They must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 or better (on a 4.0 = â??Aâ?? scale) during each term they hold the Badia Spices â?? Jose Marti Scholarship. Applicant must be a US citizen or permanent resident in addition to being a resident of Miami-Dade or Broward County.
