Exciting New Scholarship Opportunity for Secondary Science Majors with an Emphasis In Science Education. Requirements for applying: * Florida Resident * Must be an admitted undergraduate or graduate student in the COEHS. * Enrolled full-time (12 credit hours – undergraduate, 9 credit hours graduate) during the semester scholarship is to be used. * Major in secondary science education (if an undergraduate candidate) or declare an emphasis in science education (if a graduate candidate). * Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. * Must consent to release grades. * Must attach a typed one-page statement of purpose. * Must attach two letters of recommendation from a professor or and/or a school professional (i.e. principal).
