The Harry D. Menges Scholarship for International Student
- Scholarship Description
- James Karns was a long-time Lancaster Campus faculty member. He joined the faculty with the opening of the first building in 1968, after several years on the Athens Campus. He retired in 1983, although he continued to teach for several years on a part-time basis. Professor Karns will long be remembered as an unusually devoted teacher and respected colleague. Scholarships are awarded in the field of education and mathematics.
