- Scholarship Description
- $1,000 scholarships are awarded annually in memory of Dr. Cyril E. Homer to juniors or seniors with a Pastoral or Missions major whose GPA’s are 3.0 or above. The fund was established by his family and friends and the Board of Directors of Southeastern University in memory of Dr. Cyril E. Homer who served the university with distinction for two separate tenures as president.
