- Scholarship Description
- Western Department Aid Program These scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis to students who qualify according to Art Department guidelines. Freshman applicants must have a minimum ACT of 22 and be in the top 25% of his/her high school class. Continuing students must have achieved sophomore standing and be a declared art major with a minimum departmental GPA of 3.50 and a cumulative GPA of 3.00. Academic criteria may be waived if the applicant displays outstanding artistic ability as determined by the Art Department. Application Procedures: Complete the General Scholarship Application requirements and submit a portfolio of current work along with a one page written statement to the Art Department. Contact the Art Department for more information.
