- Awarded to a female student majoring in Early Childhood Education. Minimum GPA of 2.0 required. Preference given to incoming freshman and Parkway Baptist Church members. The scholarship was established by Parkway Baptist Church in memory of Julia Ann (Judy) Kerr. She received a masters and a specialist in Education degree from West Georgia College. She was an elementary teacher in Cobb County for seventeen years.
