President's Scholarship
- Scholarship Description
- Up to ten students are selected each year to receive this $10,000 scholarship. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.7 on a 4.0 scale, and are to be worthy, capable, and promising students who reflect basic Christian values in their ideals and who are motivated to prepare for a life of service to others. Special consideration is given for academic ability and outstanding achievement in some significant discipline such as speech, athletics, fine arts, or student government. The Application for Admission, Scholarships and Financial Aid must be received by January 15th to be considered for the President's Scholarship. The President's Scholarship application and references from a high school official and pastor are due in the President's Office by February 1st. Effort will be made to have a fair distribution of the President's Scholarships across the education region. Students must maintain a 3.5 GPA in order to renew each year. This scholarship is in lieu of the NNU Academic Scholarship.
