- In February 1987, William E. McKillop, a retired Daley College librarian, established this scholarship to assist Aides serving in the Audio Visual and Learning Resource areas. Scholarship monies are to be used to defray educational costs (tuition, fees, or books) while enrolled at Richard J. Daley College.
