Scholarship Description
The recipient of the award must be a resident of Montgomery County. The recipients must be a full-time student, majoring in Elementary Education, accepted to Eastern Illinois University. The recipient may be a high school senior who will be an incoming freshman, or a freshman, sophomore, junior or senior at Eastern Illinois University. A senior from Hillsboro Community High School will be given preference over those from other high schools in the county. The recipient must have maintained a 3.0 high school GPA. This scholarship is issued in the Fall semester.
