Copeland in memory of his wife, Sara Robbs Copeland, are available to female residents of Cherokee County, South Carolina, who have maintained an overall grade point average of 3.30 or better in high school, declared a major in art at Limestone College, and have demonstrated an ability in art and qualities of good leadership, citizenship, and character.
