Award is renewable one time and preference will be given to students who are graduates and/or decendants of graduates of Francisco High School, Francisco, Indiana, or whose home address is in one of the following: Primary Southeast Missouri State University service area, Southern Illinois or Southern Indiana. Financial need as verified on the FAFSA will be considered, but not required.
