Scholarship Description
To a graduating senior from Dubuque (Iowa) Senior High School. The scholarship attempts to identify students with high academic potential who may have not yet achieved that level. Potential recipients will be in the upper half of the graduating high school class and at or above the 75th percentile on the ACT test. Financial need a secondary consideration; award based on Dubuque Senior High School recommendation. No application is required; qualified students are automatically considered. Value: $1,000 (one award).
