Bert T. Combs Scholarship

Scholarship Description
The Bert T. Combs Scholarship Program is a grant designed to meet full-tuition (not room and board) costs.  The grant makes up the difference between Federal, State, KEES and Merit monies.  The qualifications are as follows: To qualify, a student must: 1. Score a 19 or higher on the ACT. 2. Have a cumulative 2.75 or higher high school or college GPA (transfer students are also eligible). 3. Must apply for, be eligible for and receive the Federal Pell Grant and the KTG and CAP Grants.
