The scholarship fund was established by Bill and Anne Milstead. Major / Specialty: Agriculture. College / Academic Division: Arts and Sciences. Eligibility Criterion: 1. Recipient(s) must be a graduate of a high school in Louisiana. 2. Recipient(s) must be an entering freshman pursuing a degree in Agriculture. 3. Recipient(s) must have an overall 2.75 GPA in high school and be committed to pursuing a career in Agriculture or related industries. 4. The scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years or the number of semesters remaining to complete a four year degree provided the recipient(s) remains a full-time student in good standing with the University and maintains a 3.0 GPA in all Agriculture courses. Selection: Selections of recipient(s) will be recommended according to individual selection criteria with final selections made through the ULM Scholarship Committee. Award: The award varies based upon the scholarship criteria and the spending policy of the ULM Foundation. The specific award amount can be obtained through the scholarship contact.
