MMA Scholarships

Scholarship Description
These scholarships listed in this section are either MMA endowed or private scholarships (that are granted to MMA students) that require an application, in addition the the above listed requirements. There are many need based scholarships that are provided by endowed funds directly from Maine Maritime Academy. In order to be eligible for these scholarships students MUST file a FAFSA by April15th, maintain a GPA of at least 2.5 and write thank you notes as requested by the Financial Aid Office. There is no formal application process for these scholarships, if you meet the above requirements you will be considered when the scholarship committee meets in May. Scholarships will be reflected on your award letter.
