- Amount : varies Description : AFROTC prepares you to become an Air Force officer. Being a officer in the Air Force carries a high level of responsibility, accountability and professionalism. The program provides opportunities to hone your time management, physical fitness, and analytical skills. AFROTC has a stutus of a separate academic department. You'll be taught by a world-class military faculty supplemented with distinguised speakers that bring policy and history through first-hand experience. AFROTC is the best place to launch your career college. You'll gain valuable experience that will serve you well whether you stay in the militray or not. Get a degree in the field of your choice and the education and experience you need to succeed. The leadership and management experience that you will gain with a degree is sure to prepare you for a promising future in either the Air Force or the business world. Scholarship Programs : : The scholarhsip programs that are available include In-College Scholarship Program(ICSP) and Express Scholarship Program. In-College Scholarship Program(ICSP) : : ICSP offeres 2 and 3 year scholarships to qualified college freshmen and sophomores in any major. Scholarship award amounts are for $3,000, 9,000, and $15,000. Express Scholarship Program : : Express Scholarships are available for fully qualified college students completing coursework in targets academic degree programs. If in a targeted academic major, you may qualify for a $15,000 scholarship.
