Boston University Alexander Graham Bell Scholarship

Scholarship Description
The Alexander Graham Bell Scholarship is designed to recognize students with strong math and science backgrounds who have the potential to thrive at Boston University’s College of Engineering, a vibrant community of students, faculty, and staff dedicated to advancing the frontiers of science and technology through research and discovery. Alexander Graham Bell Scholars receive renewable scholarships for full tuition and are guaranteed admission to a Boston University Engineering master’s degree program, provided a 3.40 grade point average is earned during the Bachelor of Science program. Students will also receive one semester of funding in their first two years of study to participate in a research program with a College of Engineering faculty member.Each candidate must also submit a 500-word essay on advance or innovation that you feel has had an important impact on society. Recipients’ average high school GPA: 3.9 Average rank in class: Top 1% Average SAT score: Critical Reading and Math = 1501, Writing = 730 Average ACT score: 34
