Boston University College of Engineering FIRST Scholarship

Scholarship Description
The Boston University FIRST Scholarship is a four-year, half-tuition scholarship. It is awarded to a student who has participated in the FIRST Robotics program at least one full season in high school with a FIRST Robotics team and who has applied and been admitted to the College of Engineering. FIRST Scholars will also receive funding for up to 10 hours per week to participate in a research program with a College of Engineering faculty member for one semester in the first two years of study. Additionally, those who maintain an overall grade point average of 3.40 are guaranteed admission to a Boston University College of Engineering Master of Science program. Recipients' average high school GPA: 3.70 Average rank in class: top 6 percent Average SAT score: Critical Reading and Math = 1390, Writing = 670 (ACT: 32)
