- Scholarship Description
- The recipient must be a full time student, majoring in Political Science, accepted to Eastern Illinois University. The recipient must have an overall GPA of 3.0. The recipient must be very active in student government (for example, a student officer). The recipient shall be eligible to apply for, and receive, the award again provided she/he continues to meet the criteria stated above. The award shall be issued in the Fall Semester.
