The Gilbert A. and Robena J. Andrew Scholarship Fund

Scholarship Description
Award: $2,000 annually, awarded $1,000 in the fall and $1,000 in the spring if funds remain available. Spring award is based upon satisfactory performance in the fall semester (completion of at least 12 semester credit hours with a minimum 3.0 GPA) Must have declared a major in any one of the disciplines in the College of Liberal and Fine Arts Must have a minimum cumulative SAT score of 1100 or ACT score of 24 Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA Must enroll as a full-time undergraduate student ( minimum 12 semester credit hours) Must be an admitted student entering UTSA as a freshman (fewer than 15 semester hours of college credit) Application requirements: Completed scholarship application form, brief essay and a letter of recommendation from high school counselor or teacher. (Transfer students can provide a letter from a professor at a college or university previously attended).
