Qualification Criteria The Scholarship is awarded based on the following: General: Financial Need Academic Achievement Minimum MSU GPA: 3 Academic Level/Class: Graduate / Doctoral Graduate / Masters Undergraduate / Freshman Undergraduate / Sophomore Undergraduate / Junior Undergraduate / Senior Recipients shall be full-time, undergraduate and/or graduate students who have declared an interest in or are majoring in chemical engineering studies in the College of Engineering at Michigan State University Must have professional goals, academic achievement of at least a 3.0 grade point average and financial need.
