- The Frank Hill Knecht Memorial Scholarship is made possible by an endowment given by Lena Rosa K. Conley, an alumna and retired staff member of Old Dominion University, in memory of her brother. This scholarship assists a full-time graduate student in education. Preference is given to a student studying in the area of special education. (FAFSA)
