Merit Awards
- Scholarship Description
- Newly accepted dance major candidates may be eligible for merit and need based recruitment scholarships. These four-year awards range $2500 - $6000 per academic year. Dance program scholarship decisions are based on the dance program audition process, the CLA Honors application materials including a goal statement, an essay and a letter of recommendation, and also financial need as determined by the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Incoming dance students interested in available scholarships are required to complete the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts 'Honors Program Application.'
