- Qualification Criteria The Scholarship is awarded based on the following: Academic Level/Class: Undergraduate / All Comment: This award is intended to encourage students who have demonstrated the capacity to achieve educational and professional goals, the motivation to achieve these goals and the initiative to see opportunities to further their progress. Recipients shall be selected on the basis of having been a participant in the MSU Alumni Distinguished Scholarship competition have articulated an interest in majoring in business, accounting, public relations, marketing, economics, information technology or other fields that have a potential for major financial success.
