Academic Excellence Nonresident Tuition Award
- Scholarship Description
- Award Amount: $8,000-26,016 ($2,000 - $6,504 per year toward out-of-state tuition). Eligibility:Entering freshmen who are nonresidents of Mississippi and have a 28 - 31 ACT (1240 -1400 SAT) and a 3.0 or higher GPA will receive a $2,000 per year award. Entering freshman who are nonresidents of Mississippi and have a 3.0 or higher GPA and National Merit/Achievement Semi-Finalist status will receive a $4,000 per year award. Entering freshman who are nonresidents of Mississippi and have a 32 or higher ACT (1410 or higher SAT) or have National Merit/Achievement Finalist status and a 3.0 or higher GPA will receive a full nonresident award, currently valued at $6,504 per year.
