Harris-Stowe State University Incentive for Excellence Scholarship

Scholarship Description
The Harris-Stowe State University director of Enrollment Management awards a limited number of full scholarships to incoming freshmen and transfer students. Recipients enrolled in six to 16 credit hours will have 100 percent of their in-state tuition and admission fees paid. To be eligible, an applicant must meet the following academic requirements: ACT score of 21-22/minimum and 3.5 CGPA, ACT score 23-24/minimum and 3.0 CGPA or ACT score of 25 or higher/minimum and 2.5 CGPA. Apply directly to the director of Enrollment Management, who makes awards subject to final compliance and budgetary approval by the HSSU Scholarship Committee.

Renewal Criteria
A recipient who remains continuously enrolled may receive this scholarship each semester until he or she has completed the number of credit hours required by his or her degree program. Recipients must maintain a minimum 3.0 CGPA and continue to make unconditionally satisfactory academic progress.
