Harris-Stowe State University Intercollegiate Athletic Awards

Scholarship Description
The director of Athletics grants up to 68 athletic awards to cover in-state tuition and admission fees, up to 12 credit hours per semester and 68 book awards, covering up to $100 for books per semester. Full and partial awards are made to new students who meet full-time admission requirements and National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) requirements. Full and partial awards are made to continuing students who meet NAIA requirements and are making satisfactory academic progress. Apply directly to the director of Athletics who makes awards subject to conference compliance, approval by the faculty athletic representative and final compliance and budgetary approval by the HSSU Scholarship Committee.

A recipient who remains continuously enrolled and continues to make satisfactory academic progress may receive this award each semester for eight full-time semesters, excluding summer sessions, with the approval of the Director of Athletics.
