Excellence Scholarship
- Scholarship Description
- Excellence Scholarships are awarded directly to entering Freshman students by Missouri Southern on the basis of Act composite score and class rank with an Index between 140 and 159. It is renewable up to eight semesters if the student earns a 2.5 g.p.a. the first semester and a 3.0 g.p.a. each semester thereafter. (This is not a cumulative g.p.a.). The student must enroll in and successfully complete 12 hours each semester. The Excellence Scholarship will not cover any deposit, rental or student activity fee. This scholarship may be stacked with the Non-resident service area scholarship if you reside in the residence hall. Amount: $1,300.00 per academic year.
