Dr. Mary King Long Scholarship

Scholarship Description
Scholarship is to provide financial assistance to an individual pursuing a career in a medically oriented field. Depending on the availability of funds, scholarship is $300 per student/ semester (renewable) with multiple recipients. Requirements: Full time student enrolled in a medically oriented program associated with an accredited college, university or vocational/technical school. * Resident of Taney or Stone County. * Demonstration of financial need as determined by FAFSA EFC Report. * Past recipients of the scholarship may re-apply for additional awards. To maintain eligibility, grades must be reported each grading period and an updated FAFSA EFC submitted annually. * Due December 1 or July. For renewal, grades must be provided at the end of each grading period.
