Leadership and Community Service Scholarship

Scholarship Description
The Leadership and Community Service Scholarship was established for students who actively participate in community service activities, as well as their involvement in leadership roles in extra curricular activities. This scholarship will be awarded to ten (10) Freshmen or Transfer students at the University of Great Falls. This scholarship award is based on involvement in leadership and community service activities and will be divided between the fall and spring semesters of the recipient's academic year at the University of Great Falls. The award will be payable upon receipt of registration at UGF. A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to qualified applicants. APPLICATION PROCEDURE: 1. Submit the following to the University of Great Falls by April 1, 2007. ? scholarship application (attached) ? official copy of your high school transcript ? two letters of reference (Both should indicate you involvement in leadership and volunteer activities) ? essay (see question on attached sheet) 2. Complete an application for admission to the University of Great Falls.
