Montana Valedictorian Scholarships:
In addition to the $8,000 Valedictorian Award, four Montana Valedictorians will be awarded a $5,000 Haynes Scholarship, for a total of $12,000 annually. The Valedictorian Award is renewable annually as long as the student maintains a 3.0 GPA. The Haynes Scholarship is renewable as long as the student maintains a 3.5 GPA. Priority consideration will be given to Early Decision candidates. To be eligible, students must submit the following items:
A personal essay on leadership and contributions they have made to their high school and/or community.
Two letters of recommendation from high school instructors or activity advisors.
Interview with RMC Director of Admissions during a campus visit. These scholarships are not available for music or music education majors or student athletes participating in men’s basketball, women’s basketball or women’s volleyball or football.
