Scholarship Description
Department: Education. Purpose: 2 Seniors: Elementary & Secondary Education. Description: These scholarships are awarded annually to two senior education majors, with one earning the highest G.P.A. in elementary education and the other earning the highest G.P.A. in secondary education. The awards were established to honor Dr. Stephen K. Lovett, chairman of the education department from 1963 to 1979 and president of the WCSU chapter of Phi Delta Kappa. Amount: $250 each.
