- Scholarship Description
- First priority will be given to students from the state of Mississippi. Junior level full time undergraduate or graduate student in the College of Public Service. Doctoral students must have passed the comprehensive examination and have the dissertation proposal approved. Exemplify leadership qualities. Cumulative GPA of 3.00 graduate students; 2.75 for undergraduate students. Students must rotate among the primary disciplines in the College of Public Service, namely: 1) communicative disorders, 2) public policy and administration, 3) public health, 4) social work, and 5) urban and regional planning.
