Phi Theta Kappa Scholarships

Scholarship Description
Eligibility: 1. Enrolled in a transfer program at a New Jersey community college. 2. Member of the county college’s Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. 3. New Jersey resident, United States citizen or permanent resident, and a full-time student. 4. Associate’s degree in arts or science received by the time of enrollment with a minimum grade-point average of 3.8 to compete for the scholarship. All courses taken at the NJ community college are considered and, if necessary, the grade-point average is recalculated to include all courses. 5.Students must enroll directly from the NJ community college from which they are receiving the associate’s degree with no intervening enrollment. Annual Award and Terms: 1. $8,000 per year. 2. Renewable for one year. 3. Must earn a 3.0 grade point average for renewal.
