- Scholarship funded by Sally Hand. Scholarship is awarded to an African American student who is a graduate of an inner-city high school or returning to college to complete his/her degree. Scholarship is renewable for up to four years if the student maintains a minimum 2.5 GPA the first year and 2.75 for subsequent years.
