Upper Freshman Scholarship

Scholarship Description
If you have completed 15-29 credits and a minimum GPA of 3.5, you may be eligible for an Upper Freshman Scholarship of $1,000. This scholarship may be awarded only once in a student’s academic career. To apply, you must complete the John Jay Scholarship Application Form and submit an essay of 500 words or less. In your essay, please describe: Why you chose to enroll at John Jay College of Criminal Justice What aspects of John Jay’s curriculum you liked What your professional aspirations are Two letters or recommendation from faculty are also required.
