Life Science Achievement Award

Scholarship Description
This scholarship is awarded to students in the occupational therapy and physical therapy dual degree programs. This award bridges the gap between your undergraduate phase and your graduate or professional phase. Only students who are matriculated in the Bachelor of Science in occupational therapy or physical therapy programs are eligible. Beginning with your first professional phase, this scholarship provides tuition of up to $1,250 per semester, including summer, based on full-time attendance for the completion of your undergraduate degree program. All students must complete the FAFSA for consideration.
