College of Arts and Sciences Dean's Scholarship

Scholarship Description
Open to students attending Southeast Missouri State University who meet one of the following criteria:  has graduated from a Cape Girardeau County High School, is a Cape County resident with a valid High School Equivalency Diploma, or is a son or daughter of a current Cape Girardeau Noon Optimist Member.  The applicant should be a person of high moral character and a law-abiding citizen.  Two letters of recommendation from non-family members are required. Applicant must maintain a GPA of 2.5 and a minimum of 12 credit hours in order to receive the second portion of the scholarship.
