- Five $2,500 awards are given out to current Center students, incoming freshmen and transfer students, and a student from Clinton Community College transferring to CEES at SUNY Plattsburgh. Recipients must take a one credit course in solid waste management, recycling and altenative energy. Students can reapply for subsequent years.
