John Oetgen, OSB, Excellence in Theatre Scholarship

Scholarship Description
Value: $2,000 per year ($8,000 over four years) Duration: Renewable for up to four years. Students must be full time and maintain at least a 2.0 GPA. Eligibility: Any student accepted for admission to Belmont Abbey College may be eligible to apply for this scholarship. Candidates must submit resume or list of activities, including theatre experience to the Office of Admission. Extensive theatrical experience and training are not required. Far more important is a willingness to participate enthusiastically in at least two of the five major productions staged on campus each year. A personal interview and recommendation may be required at the discretion of the Director of Theatre. A separate application is required.
