- Scholarship Description
- A substantial scholarship fund has been established in honor of Frank and Hattie Heimes by their son, Donald L. Heimes of Minneapolis, MN. The proceeds from this fund create eight $200 annual scholarships available only to freshmen on a non-renewable basis. Qualifications of applicants: (1) high school graduate; (2) academic promise; (3) citizenship and character; and (4) North Dakota resident.
