Plain Dealer Charities Scholarship
- Scholarship Description
- The Plain Dealer Charities Fund has endowed two $1,000 scholarships to be awarded annually to incoming freshmen who intend to concentrate in business management or print journalism, and who are residents in and have graduated from high schools in Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Portage, Summit, Medina, or Lorain counties. Applicants must be in the upper 20 percent of their high school graduating class, must attain an ACT or SAT score in the upper 25th percentile, and must have genuine financial need (to be determined by the Office of University Financial Aid).
