- Scholarship awards of $3,000 will be given to five outstanding applicants who have an extraordinary commitment to succeed in the culinary field. Recipients will possess a high level of academic excellence, superb interpersonal communication skills, and an intense desire to advance professionally in the field of culinary arts. Favorable consideration is given to applicants who want to pursue the combination culinary arts and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management or Food and Nutrition.
