Sponsored by: John Carroll University Award: One free Mathematics course per academic year Elligibility: Must be a teacher in the Cleveland Public School System As part of its commitment to the Cleveland Collaborative for Mathematics Education, John Carroll University is pleased to offer a program of scholarship assistance for teachers in the Cleveland Public School System who wish to pursue additional studies in mathematics. This scholarship program provides a full tuition waiver for a selected mathematics course, for a limited number of applicants each year. Full tuition for one 3-credit mathematics course per academic year is provided. If a certified teacher is enrolled in a graduate program and qualifies for the Teacher Development Scholarship, providing for a one-third tuition reduction, this scholarship will provide the additional two-thirds reduction. Recipients of this scholarship may apply in subsequent years. The Teacher Development Scholarship program applies to additional courses taken.
