The following information is for students interested in applying for scholarships to attend Ohio University Zanesville for the Fall Quarter. Please keep in mind that you must meet each and every criterion listed below, as well as graduate from high school during the school year, to be considered for scholarships. These scholarships are only for students attending the Zanesville Campus on a full-time basis (minimum of 12 credit hours per quarter).
1. Completed application for admission.
2. $20 non-refundable application fee.
3. Official high school transcripts mailed directly from the high school to the Office of Student Services.
4. Official ACT/SAT scores submitted directly to the Office of Student Services. (Please note scores will be considered official if listed on the high school transcript)
5. Completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
