Departmental Scholarships

Scholarship Description
Departmental Scholarships A $2,500 scholarship is given to the highest scorer on exams offered in each of the following six departments: chemistry, classics (Latin), history, mathematics, modern languages (French, German or Spanish) and physics. Recipients must major in the area for which the scholarship is awarded. The competition will be held on Sunday, February 24 on Xavier's campus. Participants will take an exam in the appropriate subject area and have an opportunity to speak with faculty and learn more about the department.
