- Description: Glen M. Burns Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to an eligible graduating high school senior or current YSU student from Mathews High School. The individual must demonstrate qualities of citizenship, volunteerism and community support. The recipient will be selected by the Vienna Kiwanis Club gauged on a detailed biography submitted by the candidate. Special consideration will be given to applicants who demonstrate financial need.
