- This scholarship is awarded to full-time students earning ?Student of the Month? honors during high school through the local Bartlesville Rotary chapter(s). The scholarship is $750 annually. The student must be entering as a first-time, freshman student, and is available for up to four years of continuous enrollment at OWU. To renew this award, students must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3, evaluated after each spring semester.
